Director, Human Resources and Administration
This department provides human resources (HR) and administration support to the Office. The human resources services include HR strategy, planning, and policy; talent acquisition, onboarding, and management; employee safety and wellness; employee selection and succession management; employment engagement; performance management; capacity development; employee relations; organization development; benefits administration; and separation management.
The administration services include office services, procurement, records and information management, and Access to Information (ATI) requests.
