The Office of Utilities Regulation (‘OUR”), which regulates utilities in Jamaica, has committed funds to undertake Consultancy Services for the conduct of a Management and Operational Audit of the K-Factor Programme for which this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is issued.
The OUR now invites proposals from experienced and competent persons to provide the following consulting services for the conduct of a Management and Operational Audit of the K-Factor Programme. More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference.
