OVERVIEW
The Office of Utilities Regulation (“OUR”) intends to engage the services of a qualified, experienced and competent Auditor or Firm (“the Consultant”) to carry out a Management and Operational Audit of the K-FACTOR PROGRAMME (“the Programme”).
It is expected that the Audit will examine the manner in which the K-Factor Programme is being managed and operated by the National Water Commission (NWC) whilst assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall Programme. Arising from and further to the findings of the Audit, the Consultant would also be required to make recommendations which would ensure the achievement of the Programme’s objectives
