The Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) invites interested parties to submit written comments on its Consultation Document titled:
“Improving Information Transparency in Telecommunication Markets”
This consultation is being conducted to correct some of the information imbalance in the telecommunication markets. To this end, the OUR has proposed remedies requiring service providers to disclose to consumers, information on telecommunication services that is accurate, timely and easily accessible. Comments from the public are being sought on the OUR’s proposals.
The Consultation document can be found on the OUR’s website: www.our.org.jm. The deadline for comments is 2019 June 28.
