The Office of Utilities Regulation (the Office/ OUR) hereby invites bids to provide new Generating Capacity amounting to 480MW net to the national grid of Jamaica on a Build Own and Operate Basis (BOO). This is required to be commissioned in two parts, 360MW by 2014 and a further 120MW by 2016.
