The OUR is embarking on a comprehensive market survey to glean critical statistics on the telecommunications markets in Jamaica for retail services and specifically for fixed telephone access and international calling services. The market survey is expected to provide critical statistical data on consumers’ behaviour as well as the market conditions in which carriers and service providers operate within the markets for telecommunications services in Jamaica.
