The Office of Utilities Regulation (“OUR”) invites proposals from suitably qualified, experienced firms (“the Consultant”), to update the Long Run Incremental Cost Model (LRIC) used to determine the Mobile Termination Rates (MTRs) to be charged by telecommunications operators in Jamaica.

Bidding for the consultancy services will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding procedures and is open to all bidders.
