Cable & Wireless Jamaica Limited (C&WJ) has applied for a reconsideration of the Determination Notices “Cost Model for Fixed Termination Rates – The Decision on Rates – Confidential Version” (2017/TEL/003/DET.001) and “Cost Model for Fixed Termination Rates – The Decision on Rates – Public Version” (2017/TEL/004/DET.002).
C&WJ further requested a stay in the effective date of the first step of the glide-path of 2017 July 1. The Office has considered the request and hereby grants a stay of the effective date of the first step of the glide-path until the Office issues a final decision on the application for reconsideration.
The Office invites interested stakeholders to provide detailed comments on the attached application in line with the timetable below.
