The matter for a reconsideration of Determination Notice WAT 2008/01 – Review of Rates for the National Water Commission – came before the Office of Utilities Regulation on May 12th 2008. The reconsideration request contains requests for changes to provisions for certain costs decided upon by the Office, as well as changes to a number of Quality of Service Standards.
