The Executive Director of the Organization of Caribbean Utilities Regulators (OOCUR), Marsha Atherley-Ikechi, Ph.D., invites academia, regulators, other stakeholders, and participants in the utilities sector to submit proposals or abstracts for presentation papers for the 2025 Annual Conference of OOCUR to be held October 26–29, 2025, in Jamaica.
